Article 6 – Offers, Pricing and Errors
All prices, promotions, offers, bundles, and product availability displayed on our website are subject to change without prior notice.
We reserve the right to correct typographical errors, pricing errors, inaccurate product information, promotional errors, technical errors, or omissions at any time.
If a product has been listed at an obviously incorrect price due to a technical, typographical, or system error, we reserve the right to correct the error and, where permitted by applicable law, cancel or adjust an affected order.
Where an affected order cannot lawfully be adjusted without the customer's agreement, we may contact the customer with available options.
We reserve the right to refuse orders involving suspected pricing abuse, unauthorized resale activity, fraud, or misuse of promotions.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, applicable taxes, customs duties, import charges, or other governmental charges are not included and may be the responsibility of the customer.
Article 7 – Formation of the Agreement and Order Cancellations
An agreement is formed once the customer places an order and payment has been successfully completed.
From this point forward, the order is considered final and cannot be cancelled. The agreement becomes legally binding on both parties at the moment payment confirmation is received.
Once an order has been placed and payment has been completed, the order may immediately enter our processing and fulfillment system. For this reason, cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed or accepted after the order has been confirmed.
Return requests may only be submitted after the order has been delivered and must be handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
Nothing in this provision limits any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Article 8 – Billing, Payment and Order Verification
Customers agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, shipping, payment, and contact information when placing an order.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the shipping address and other information provided during checkout are correct.
We may request additional information where reasonably necessary to verify an order, payment, billing information, shipping details, or suspected fraudulent activity.
Jones Titanium reserves the right to refuse, restrict, or cancel orders that we reasonably believe involve fraud, unauthorized payment methods, suspicious purchasing activity, abuse of promotional offers, resale activity, or inaccurate information.
Where an order is lawfully cancelled by Jones Titanium after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
Article 9 – Right of Withdrawal
Where applicable, consumers have the right to withdraw from an eligible purchase within 14 days of receiving the product without stating a reason.
The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the product unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly agreed by Jones Titanium.

Article 10 – Final Sale and Return Exclusions
Products purchased which are classified by Jones Titanium as Final Sale and are not eligible for voluntary returns, exchanges, or refunds under our standard return program.
Products discounted by this Final Sale are not be eligible for return subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
Final Sale restrictions do not override any statutory consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable rights relating to defective, damaged, or materially misdescribed goods.
Article 11 – Return Conditions and Refunds
Where a return is accepted, the product must be returned in accordance with the return instructions provided by Jones Titanium.
Unless the return concerns a defect or another circumstance for which applicable law provides otherwise, eligible products must be returned:
- Unused and undamaged;
- In their original condition;
- With all components and accessories included;
- In the original packaging where reasonably possible; and
- Without signs of cooking, staining, scratching, misuse, modification, or excessive handling.
For approved discretionary returns, a $15 restocking and handling fee per item applies and will be deducted from the refund amount, except where prohibited by applicable law.
Where applicable, Jones Titanium will process an approved refund within 14 days after receiving and inspecting the returned product.
Refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method.
Article 12 – Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Products
Jones Titanium intends all products to conform materially to the descriptions and specifications provided on our website.
If a customer receives a product that is damaged, defective, materially different from its description, or different from the product ordered, the customer should contact us in writing within 14 days of delivery.
Customers should provide their order number, a clear description of the issue, and, where reasonably necessary to assess the claim, photographs or video showing the product, packaging, shipping label, damage, defect, or incorrect item.
We may request additional reasonable evidence where necessary to investigate the issue.
Customers should retain the affected product and its packaging until the claim has been reviewed.
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, an appropriate remedy may include replacement, repair, refund, or another reasonable solution.
Article 13 – Cookware Use, Care and Normal Wear
Cookware performance and appearance may change through normal use.
Reasonable signs of use may include discoloration, staining, heat marks, surface marks, cosmetic changes, or other changes resulting from cooking temperatures, oils, food, utensils, cleaning methods, or normal handling.
Such cosmetic changes do not automatically mean that a product is defective.
Customers are responsible for using cookware safely and in accordance with any product instructions, care information, and reasonable cooking practices.
Damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper storage, inappropriate cleaning, unauthorized modification, neglect, or use contrary to supplied instructions may not qualify as a product defect or warranty claim, subject to applicable law.
Article 14 – Bundles and Multi-Item Products
Certain products sold by Jones Titanium may consist of bundles, sets, or packages containing multiple cookware pieces or accessories.
The contents of a bundle are determined by the product description applicable at the time the order is placed.
Where a return of an eligible bundle is approved, all components belonging to that bundle must generally be returned together unless Jones Titanium agrees otherwise.
Missing, used, damaged, or incomplete bundle components may affect return eligibility or the amount of any discretionary refund to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Promotional accessories, gifts, or complimentary products supplied as part of an eligible returned purchase may also be required to be returned.
Article 15 – Delivery
Orders are typically delivered within 30 days.
If delivery is delayed, the customer will be informed within 14 days after placing the order.
The customer is responsible for complying with all customs and import requirements.
Delays or additional costs resulting from customs procedures do not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund.
Nothing in this Article limits rights that the customer may have under mandatory applicable law.
Article 16 – Customs, Duties and Taxes
For international shipments, the customer is responsible for applicable customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, local charges, and compliance with local import regulations unless expressly stated otherwise.
Jones Titanium does not act as importer of record unless expressly indicated.
Any charges imposed by customs authorities, government agencies, postal services, or courier companies are the responsibility of the customer where permitted by applicable law.
We may provide relevant shipping documentation, but we cannot guarantee customs clearance or the time required by local authorities to process a shipment.
Customers are responsible for reviewing applicable local import requirements before ordering.
Article 17 – Failed Delivery and Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address when placing an order.
Jones Titanium is not responsible for delivery problems resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or outdated information supplied by the customer, except where required by applicable law.
If a shipment is returned because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, refusal, failure to collect the package, or another circumstance attributable to the recipient, additional shipping or handling costs may apply before the order can be resent.
Any refund or reshipment in such circumstances will be assessed in accordance with our policies and applicable law.
