At Jones Titanium, we believe in providing our customers with a clear and transparent shopping experience. Please review this Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing your order.
As Jones Titanium is currently conducting a Final Closing Sale, all remaining inventory is sold on a Final Sale basis.
By placing an order with Jones Titanium, you acknowledge and agree to the conditions outlined below.
Final Closing Sale
Jones Titanium is currently selling its remaining inventory as part of our Final Closing Sale.
All products purchased during this sale are considered Final Sale.
Because these products form part of our final inventory, purchases made during the Final Closing Sale cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged for change-of-mind reasons.
Please carefully review all product information before completing your purchase.
Return Eligibility
Products purchased during our Final Closing Sale are not eligible for standard returns or exchanges.
This includes, but is not limited to, situations where:
- You change your mind after purchasing.
- You no longer want or need the product.
- You ordered the wrong pan size, cookware set, or bundle.
- You would prefer a different product or configuration.
- The product does not match your personal preference.
- You purchased multiple products with the intention of choosing between them after delivery.
Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, dimensions, specifications, bundle contents, and other information available on the product page before placing an order.
Order Cancellations
Once an order has been placed and payment has been successfully completed, the order is considered final.
Orders are transferred to our fulfillment process shortly after they are received. For this reason, orders cannot normally be cancelled or modified after they have been placed.
Customers are responsible for reviewing their order information carefully before completing checkout.
If you contact us immediately after placing an order, we may attempt to assist where possible. However, submitting a cancellation or modification request does not guarantee that the order can be changed or cancelled.
Cookware Sets & Bundles
Some Jones Titanium products are sold as cookware sets or bundles containing multiple pans, utensils, accessories, or other kitchen products.
The complete contents of a set or bundle are displayed on the applicable product page.
Customers are responsible for reviewing these contents before ordering.
Individual components of a bundle cannot be separately returned or exchanged because a customer no longer wants a particular component.
The Final Sale conditions apply to the complete bundle or cookware set purchased.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
Our Final Sale policy does not prevent customers from contacting us when an order arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered.
Please inspect your order after delivery.
If you believe you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us at:
Please provide:
- Your full name
- Your order number
- A clear description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the affected product
- Photographs of the packaging where relevant
- A photograph of the shipping label where relevant
- Video evidence where reasonably necessary to demonstrate the issue
This information allows our customer service team to properly assess your claim.
Review of Claims
Damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect-product claims are reviewed individually by Jones Titanium.
Submitting a claim does not automatically entitle the customer to a refund.
Depending on the circumstances and the outcome of our review, we may provide an appropriate resolution such as a replacement product, replacement component, refund, partial refund, or another reasonable solution.
Customers must not return a product unless specifically instructed to do so by Jones Titanium.
Unauthorized Returns
Products must not be returned without prior written authorization from our customer service team.
Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted or processed.
Customers should not independently send products to:
- The sender address displayed on the original package
- Our registered business address
- A warehouse or fulfillment partner
- Any other address not specifically provided by Jones Titanium for the approved return
If a return is approved, our customer service team will provide the correct return instructions and designated return address.
Return Shipping
Where a return is specifically approved by Jones Titanium, the customer must follow the return instructions provided by our customer service team.
Unless otherwise confirmed by Jones Titanium in writing, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service for any authorized return.
Jones Titanium cannot be held responsible for authorized return packages that are lost in transit before reaching the designated return facility.
Refunds
Because products purchased during the Final Closing Sale are Final Sale, refunds are not provided for standard change-of-mind requests.
Where Jones Titanium has reviewed a damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise eligible claim and determines that a refund is the appropriate resolution, the refund will generally be issued to the customer's original payment method.
After a refund has been processed by Jones Titanium, banks, credit card companies, and payment providers may require additional processing time before the funds appear in the customer's account.
Refused or Unclaimed Deliveries
Refusing delivery of an order or failing to collect a package does not automatically constitute an approved cancellation, return, or refund.
Customers experiencing a delivery problem should contact our customer service team before refusing a package or attempting to return it independently.
Any additional shipping, handling, or carrier costs resulting from a refused or unclaimed shipment may be taken into consideration when determining the appropriate resolution.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information when placing an order.

- Contact information
If incorrect or incomplete information is provided and the order has already entered fulfillment or shipment, Jones Titanium cannot guarantee that the address can be changed.
Additional costs resulting from incorrect customer-provided shipping information may be the customer's responsibility.
Tracking Information
Once tracking information becomes available, it will be provided to the customer.
Please note that tracking information can sometimes take several days to update or synchronize after a package enters the carrier network.
A temporary absence of tracking updates does not automatically mean that an order has been lost, cancelled, or is eligible for a refund.
